REQUIREMENTS

  • A Matric/National Senior Certificate is essential
  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing is essential
  • Certificates in Audiology and Spirometry are highly advantageous
  • It is essential to have a valid driver’s licence and own insured vehicle
  • A Dispensing Course certificate is advantageous
  • Valid South African Nursing Council (SANC) Registration as an Occupational Health Practitioner is essential
  • Valid registration with the South African Society of Occupational Health Nurses (SASOHN) is advantageous
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership position is essential
  • 3 - 5 Years’ client relationship management experience is highly advantageous
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an Occupational Health environment is essential
  • Experience in clinical auditing and project management is advantageous
  • Knowledge and understanding of standard operating practices in Occupational Health
  • Proficiency in MS Office/365 is essential

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

The Regional Manager is responsible for the management of occupational health clinics within the region. The Regional Manager oversees the implementation of strategies that support the attainment of business objectives and financial goals, while ensuring contractual obligations are met. The focus is on maintaining sustainability and fostering growth within the business unit.
