JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-6 years experience in similar position
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
  • Experience in managing and analyzing large sets of data
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing pressures and workloads
  • Strong team player, able to convince without authority.
  • Experience in market planning preferably in B2B and Insurance/financial services

Responsibilities:

Reports To: Commercial Director, ASEAN

The Marketing Manager is responsible for formulating and translating a market strategy into concrete actions and initiatives to achieve the commercial objectives in ASEAN.

  • Lead, manage and execute all sales reporting & planning for both local management & regional / global requirements.
  • Act as the regional ‘Super User’ for Salesforce.com responding to local, regional and global needs. Provide on-going training to users and resolving issues.
  • Support ASEAN Commercial Director to develop and support growth initiatives, data requirements and leverage partnership agreements
  • Provide research, data analysis and insights to support local and regional initiatives including TCC NPS and other sales re-quirements.
  • Support marketing & communication activities, working closely with all Allianz entities to deliver the EH proposition to the market
  • Steer strategic projects and manage business-wide initiatives
  • Develop country-specific market management strategy including communication to support ASEAN Commercial Director, in alignment with Regional office
  • Support ASEAN Commercial Director with lead generation campaigns in multiple channels
  • Manage the local adaptation of marketing materials for use by sales and local teams
  • Ad hoc support to CEO ASEAN for strategic projects
