THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Animal Management Marketing team is looking for a talented individual to take the helm shaping and driving our Australian marketing activity by tailoring Gallagher product solutions to regional dynamics, demographics, and customer trends.
You’ll play a crucial role in driving growth and market success and will thrive on crafting compelling marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver personalised, omnichannel customer experiences. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our brand identity and manage local marketing activations, retail presence and national conferences, ensuring seamless integration with sales and key account initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a marketing role, with a focus on regional or domestic marketing preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across teams and all levels of the business.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, events and digital media spend for optimal marketing return on investment.
  • Proficiency in digital and marketing platforms, with a deep understanding of current marketing technology trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritise work within regional marketing budgets.
  • To be flexible, open to change and responsive to changing business needs
