Description:

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead EU EVP GTM Strategy, Implementation and Execution by supporting a repeatable Brand & CX Strategy.
  • Ensure P&L delivery based on centrally led EVP strategy which is embedded in markets with a consumer-centric focus and balanced with key longer-term consumer objectives.
  • Conduct critical strategic, analytical, and operational projects that deliver increased revenue, profit, and productivity.
  • Work with cluster marketing leads and the central marketing & portfolio management teams to co-create EVP Portfolio/Brand Strategy.
  • Support clusters in creating BP and lead MEP by ensuring consumer-centric initiative plans that support BP targets.
  • Identify and drive best practice to be shared across EVP EU markets.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 8+ years’ experience across Brand and Activation management roles in a global FMCG organisation
  • Senior Leadership experience in Cluster or Markets
  • Experience in launching new and innovative products in markets
  • Experience of operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and interacting with Senior Stakeholders
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organisation
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables

Responsibilities:

Location - Hybrid/UK
Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing NGP Europe. Key areas of responsibility will be to drive Brand, Portfolio and Activation agenda within the Europe Region guaranteeing performance management by working collaboratively with Cluster Heads of Consumer Marketing, EVP category and other EU region functions. The role holder will be also critical to build and establish two new categories with EU Region as well as develop guidelines and best practice for footprint enlargement.
The role holder will also be expected to liaise closely with Clusters, EVP category and other Europe Region functions to achieve alignment and support to Region and Cluster brand and Activation agenda
