As our business grows, we are now looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for Nordics to join the team. Ideal location for this role would be in Helsinki area in Finland. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies. You will work closely with our sales teams in the Nordic region and in close collaboration with a global marketing team.
Your main tasks will include:
Creating, driving, and implementing the regional roadmap of growth activities (online and onsite), including country specific activities (with internal or/and external stakeholders)
Localizing and optimizing global marketing and communication initiatives, such as automation programs for the local market
Organizing events
Localizing, producing and optimizing marketing content, such as newsletters and campaigns, for local use
Review and assess the effectiveness of all marketing activities, focusing on driving sales growth, customer acquisition and great customer experience, and brand awareness
Localizing and optimizing Social Media and PR content for organic and paid content
Participating global marketing initiatives
What you’ll need to succeed:
Relevant degree (bachelor/master) in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
Prior experience in marketing role in global or nordic B2B business area
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
Experience with marketing tools and software, such as WordPress and Dynamics 365
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent written and oral English skills, professional level Finnish and Swedish language skills are seen as a plus
Self-directed, proactive and able to effectively prioritize own tasks
Willingness and ability to travel mainly in the Nordic region
