Job Overview & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role will be pivotal to our mission of expanding access to quality care in assigned markets and will be responsible for nurturing our hospital partnerships and collaborating closely with local clinical operations teams. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will report to the VP of Marketing and execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, increase community engagement, strengthen our reputation, and drive referral growth in your market.

Qualifications & Pay Range:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Self-starter, able to take ownership over tasks and carry them out to the end.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing strategies regionally, and for key markets effectively.
  • Experience working in Asana (or similar project management tools), Sprout Social, and Dropbox.
  • Experience in and be able to demonstrate the ability to make decisions independently and recommend viable solutions to problems and issues.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities:

  • Market Leadership: Lead the development and execution of your assigned regional marketing plans, establish, and maintain strong relationships with our hospital partner marketing contacts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, physician sales, and hospital relations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Communications, Sr. Director of B2B Marketing, and VP of Marketing to develop marketing plans to support direct access patient acquisition and strengthen hospital partnerships.
  • Reputation Management: Oversee reputation management efforts through platforms like Rep.com and implement proactive review solicitation strategies. Work with operations and physician sales to improve Net Promoter Scores and inform referring providers of patient success stories.
  • Community Engagement: Track community events and partner with markets to demonstrate ROI. Nurture leads via email marketing campaigns using our digital marketing automation platform, Cured. Lead sports sponsorship activations within respective markets.
  • Digital Marketing: Partner with agency partners to track and report on the success of our digital campaigns. Update content on website clinic location pages.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in our brand management software to ensure brand consistency in marketing efforts, including sales and event materials, co-branded collateral, and digital templates.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reporting to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
