Join us in International Marketing, part of GN Hearing, as our new Regional Marketing Operations and Project Manager.
At our global HQ, based in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of a diverse and multi-cultural team of International Sales and International Marketing professionals. We represent and take care of the marketing function for Asia-Pacific and European subsidiaries, which represents around half of GNH’s revenue.
You will report to the Head of Marketing, International Sales, GN Hearing, Vida Guarin.
You will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer, in International Sales, Marketing & eCommerce, the broader organization, and our customers.
You will be a Marketing leader with major impact on the success of International Marketing and relevant projects within the APAC and EMEA markets.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Execute independently on select strategic and operational plans and deliver defined significant projects with a direct impact on International Marketing’s success.
  • Challenge processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Specifically, the following will be the key responsibilities of the role:
  • Handle day-to-day operations to support the International Marketing organization and tasks allocated by International Marketing leader.
  • Lead and/or manage assigned regional marketing projects and cross-functional representation.
  • Liaison between global Marketing functions and subsidiary marketing teams to ensure seamless flow of information and feedback, including identification of opportunities for efficient marketing operations and strategic initiative implementation.
  • Provide seamless and efficient management of integrated marketing and commercial planning.
  • Assist in preparation, tracking, and analysis of International Sales marketing performance and budgets.
  • Identify, facilitate, and enforce global marketing policies and best practices.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • A relevant educational degree within business, marketing, or economics. Education at a master’s level is an advantage, but not a prerequisite for the position.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong competencies in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management systems.
  • Have strong experience in Marketing or from a relevant commercial function e.g. commercial excellence, strategy, or consulting, where you are used to managing several projects consecutively.
  • Preferably have experience in medical device or B2B marketing.
