At Wolf Oil Corporation, we have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Regional Marketing Specialist in the MEA region. We are committed to fostering growth and development, offering the chance to take on more responsibilities and advance within the role over time.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International business or similar degree.
  • Initial relevant experience or internship in a commercial or marketing role (e.g., trade marketing, brand management).
  • Experience in the automotive sector or with technical products is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and in English is a must, proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Your well-honed interpersonal and communication skills allow you to develop positive, productive relationships both internally and externally and across multiple countries.
  • A commercial mindset with a strong affinity for customer interaction.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented. You are independent and pro-active, eager to learn and open for challenges.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities:

  • Support and development: Begin by offering support to the Regional Marketing Manager and distributors with a wide range of activities, gradually taking on more responsibilities as you grow in the role.
  • Sales & marketing plans: Provide support in the initiation, creation, and execution of the annual Sales & Marketing plans.
  • Operational roll-out: Provide support in the implementation of the marketing plan and the execution of local campaigns, ensuring consistent branding.
  • Marketing assets: Provide customers with necessary marketing assets for local activities, ensuring optimal visibility of our brands and products at point-of-sale locations.
  • Campaign analysis: Track and analyze the results of regional campaigns, providing reports to shape future marketing strategies.
  • Trade events: Support the management, organization, and implementation of various trade events in collaboration with the regional marketing manager.
  • Market insights: Help in identifying sources and collecting market and customer insights/data, supporting their integration into internal business intelligence tools and CRM.
  • Competitive monitoring: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to enhance our value proposition.
  • Social media: Assist in the preparation and implementation of the local social media plan, following the global calendar and adapting it to regional requirements.
  • Administrative support: Aid in the collection of invoices, creation of purchase orders, and preparation of presentations for internal and external purposes.
