Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll directly report to the State Retail Operations Manager and assume responsibility for the seamless functioning of our company-owned Commercial stores.
Your primary objectives will revolve around ensuring safety requirement are met, enhancing customer experiences, driving sales, and maximizing profitability.
Situated at our Kewdale State office, you’ll play a vital role in steering and supporting a dynamic team of Commercial Store and Fleet Service Managers towards operational excellence on a daily basis. Your focus will be on elevating customer experiences, optimising store and team performance, all while fostering a culture of safety and growth.
