The Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Regional Operations Manager will lead the local IKC team (Regional Operations Supervisor, RNs and Care Coordinators). You will engage and collaborate with the other IKC teammates, and local dialysis providers to implement clinical initiatives, processes and procedures, and care plan developments for IKC patients.

  • Clinical Experience Preferred: Registered Nurse
  • Location: Must be located in Georgia with the ability to conduct regional travel within Georgia, South Carolina & North Carolina.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in clinical nursing highly preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience leading and managing teams
  • Experience in co-morbid, chronic disease, nephrology exp., value based care preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing to data-driven outcomes and process improvement required
  • Strong communication on medical management, operational, and business-related issues
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Home office with Internet connectivity at minimum of 1MB upload and 1MB download speed require

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IKC RNs & IKC Care Coordinators who manage CKD and ESKD patients, responsible for team performance, productivity, and engagement and retention.

  • In partnership with the Market Director and Nurse Practitioner Manager, you will build and maintain effective communications between market partners, resulting in strong relationships supportive of patient outcomes.
  • Prioritizing patient visits to improve health outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
  • Measure and track patient data and effectively communicate outcomes.
  • Provide clinical support/ oversight to IKC Registered Nurses- (RN Care Managers)
  • Complete audits on care plans, TOC and overall quality. And develop action plans to address gaps or deficiencies.
  • Monitor risk management and quality assurance compliance.
  • Manage all teammate employment/ HR activity such as scheduling, payroll, PTO, development plans, hiring, promoting, job performance, evaluations, and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required
  • Manage regional budget- ensuring cost-effectiveness and appropriate operational expenses. Create and submit financial reports and analysis as needed.
  • Travel required: 25% or more depending on the needs of the team, patients and providers.
