Regional Operations Manager

Wood has an immediate requirement for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Consulting team based in Australia. This position reports to the Global Director Digital Operations – O&M and is an immediate requirement.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive background in delivering Operations Readiness services, in particular, Operations documentation development (Operations Procedures, Manuals, Process Descriptions etc.) for major clients in Oil & Gas and Mining sectors.
The Wood O&M Operations team deliver a wide range of projects to global clients to help support successful start-up and restart of greenfield and brownfield facilities. The Wood O&M Operations team specialise in producing world class Operations documentation as well as a wide range of broader Operations Readiness services.
In this role you will direct and guide the growth, development and delivery performance across Asia Pacific (APAC), supporting the development of strategy and delivering O&M business plans. You will pprovide client interfacing for O&M consulting, working collaboratively with Growth & Development function in winning work and promoting Wood’s wider service lines. You will also manage ongoing business, under the direction of the Global Director - responsible for budget setting and delivery, contracts, capacity and resource management, and capability management.
