DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM), a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Dialysis units located on site at Skilled Nursing Facilities within a designated market. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree; Bachelor`s degree preferred
• Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care and multi-site Operations management experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
• Experience managing PnL and Budget
• Ability to travel in the area between the Dialysis sites
• RN license would be an advantage to have but not a must
