As a leading supplier of quality agricultural, construction, material handling, and rental equipment, we’re committed to excellence.

• Workshop and Field Service: Oversee the efficient operation of service workshops and field service teams.
• Rental Sales: Optimize rental equipment utilization and revenue.
• Parts Sales: Coordinate parts sales and inventory management.
• Administration: Ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Vehicle Fleet: Manage company vehicles.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Set and monitor performance metrics for branch operations.
• Budget Creation and Maintenance: Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience.
• Strong communication skills and an inclusive management style.
• Mechanical knowledge of equipment.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in agricultural, construction, or material handling industries.
