Description:
- Full Time Hours with Monday-Friday shifts
- $79,791 - $82,581 + super

Responsibilities:
- Leading the educational program and a team of Coordinators for a cluster of OSHC programs across Burnside Heights, Derrimut, Point Cook, Taylors Hill and Truganina South
- Supporting and leading coordinators and educators to drive and ensure quality program delivery from within
- Role-modelling excellent customer service when working with families, schools, and external contractors
- Being an exceptional role model for service staff while working in the program as a key team member during each after school care, school holiday program, and when required, before school care
- Providing expertise in delivering a safe and high-quality experience for our customers, including through planning and supporting during assessment and ratin
