Solventum is recruiting an amazing Sales Representative in Dental to grow Orthodontic sales in New South Wales. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing the business plan aligned with the company growth strategy. We are looking for an individual that creates a culture of sales excellence through a growth and customer first mindset that will enhance the performance and results of our sales team and provide the best outcomes for practitioners and patients.
SEA Payroll Specialist
Location: Singapore (Handling SG/MY/VN/TH)

Deliverables

  • Perform full spectrum of payroll process to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery for the assigned Countries
  • Ensure accurate and timely statutory filing according to Countries’ legislation
  • Keep oneself updated of the changes in statutory requirements and ensure that payroll is complied with the changes
  • Continuous effort in process streamlining to improve payroll efficiency

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • End to end Payroll delivery and statutory/ tax filing in compliance to Countries’ legislation
  • Staying abreast of laws and regulations and executing processes that comply with regulations while ensuring alignment with Global payroll standards.
  • Staying abreast of best practices and current payroll laws and regulations
  • Partnership with outsourced payroll vendor to complete pay cycle.
  • Analyzing and resolving inquiries from employees as they relate to payroll
  • Maintaining payroll and internal control procedures Recommendations to improve and automate payroll processes
  • Data reporting in government platforms
  • Providing time and absence support and resolution Collaborating closely with HR teams for other payroll relevant tasks
  • Posting of payroll related entries in the Finance system and analyze pay variances Tax reporting for equity gains relating to different stock option plans Other projects/ duties as assigned

Professional Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor level university degree
  • At least 3 years of SEA experience payroll, human resource, and/or finance in multinational company
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong proficiency with local payroll legislation
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experience in Workday and SAP payroll systems is a plus
  • Regional experience with payroll project or HR process is a plus
  • Payroll vendor management experience is a plus
  • A team player with strong ability to work in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
