About the opportunity

The Regional Performance Coach will contribute to the success of our Workforce Australia program by developing the capacity of the regional teams through managing targeted performance improvement projects and ensuring contractual compliance. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the National Performance Coach, Operational Managers and support services across the Western Sydney region and be responsible for:

  • Developing innovative performance-based projects to improve performance and foster a high performing, compliant culture
  • Provide site-based support through induction and training of new employees, team coaching and maintenance of up-to-date contractual knowledge
  • Utilising data to drive performance and productivity of teams within the region to ensure outcomes and commercial returns are consistently delivered

About you

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge of employment services and Workforce Australia
  • Demonstrated experience implementing strategic performance plans across a large geographic area in a client centric, case management environment
  • Ability to think creatively, pursue innovative solutions and deliver results within a rigorous compliance framework
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training/coaching to small and large groups and able to adjust communication styles appropriate to the audience
