Responsibilities:
Regional Pricing manager Europe drives the Beiersdorf European Sales transformation from a national driven approach to a pan EU perspective based on the European Net Price framework
- Develop price development targets within the annual business plan & product pipeline
- Drive competitive pricing in Europe by identifying opportunities on pricing issues for category & product level and based on OPEX insights
- Lead customer specific projects by transferring country specific approaches into pan EU negotiation
- Adaption and improvement of existing trade terms & condition management system with focus on pay for performance
- Drive data consistency for NetPrice calculation with state of the art technology
- Incorporate OPEX findings and global price maps into European pricing framework
- Manage own project work streams regarding pricing in the context of annual business planning, trade terms and condition strategy, price elasticity, global customer management, cooperation with other regions
