We are looking for a Regional Recruiter EMEA (m/w/d) to join our Group and drive the recruitment practice for our diverse region.

WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?
- Manage together HR Business Partners the full recruitment life-cycle from intake meeting to shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to understand recruitment needs, building and maintaining active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill or critical positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Line Managers to develop a deep understanding of their objectives and team style.
- Act as an advisor to Line Managers and HR Business Partners, developing tailored search plans to identify potential candidates to fit their requirements.
- Identify, attract, and screen candidates from across all disciplines (R&D, Commercial, Operations, Service, etc.).
- Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal, and recruitment trends.Build talent talent pipelines for your job requisiions with Active Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
