POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Recruitment Manager to spearhead our continued expansions across Australia & New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, liaising closely with Hiring Managers, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in client management, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the recruitment industry, with a strong emphasis on client management and relationship building.
  • Proven track record of fostering long-term client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and delivering results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and effectively address client needs and concerns.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
  • Act as the face of Talent Right in the AUS & NZ markets, representing our brand with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Manager to clearly articulate client requirements, provide strategic insights, and develop interview questions that will establish a match of talent with requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes, systems, and best practices to streamline the recruitment process and enhance client experience.
  • Monitor client feedback, satisfaction levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of service quality.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance, industry insights, and innovative solutions to help them achieve their talent acquisition goals.
