They are currently recruiting for a Regional Rewards Manager to lead the rewards function.
about the job
Reporting to the Regional Head of Rewards, this pivotal role will manage the development and implementation of effective compensation and benefits strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the Rewards function, preferably in a dynamic global environment.
You will be responsible for managing, designing, implementing and reviewing the company rewards strategy, policies and governance processes for over 5000 employees in the region. This includes managing Compensation and Benefits philosophies, rewards management processes including job evaluation, pay benchmarking, annual salary review, and more. You will also support the development of Rewards reporting materials for the People and Remuneration Committee, as well as proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in total rewards, driving initiatives to enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of total rewards programs.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing the Rewards function
  • Rewards consulting experience would be advantageous but not a requirement
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, enabling you to effectively influence and engage various stakeholders
  • Experience with Mercer’s International Position Evaluation methodology is highly advantageous

other information

  • Up to $12k/month, (on 13 months) + variable bonus (subjected to KPI and company performance, up to 3 months on average)
