To expand our team of around 50 employees, we are looking for a “hungry” sales colleague as:
Regional Sales Agent for LATAM based in Colombia (m/f/d)
Tasks
Operational & strategic challenges
- You are passionate about the customer and look after a defined customer base within a region
- Pure quotation and order processing are not enough for you, so you will be actively involved in planning and strategic activities.
- You cooperate closely with our International Sales Managers and offer support
- Thanks to your initial experience with customers, you are not immediately flustered during negotiations
- As part of a team, you will plan customer visits or training sessions and provide support
- With professional tenacity, you try to win every order and drive it forward internally
Representative
- You are confident on the international stage and know the generally accepted business etiquette
- By conducting charming and professional conversations, you make new contacts and, in particular, maintain the existing customer network
- You represent the company to customers and partners, also in trade fairs or when your clientele visits Gimmi.
Requirements
Technical & commercial know-how
- Commercial or medical training with a commercial background and professional experience as well as a strong hands-on mentality motivate you to convince our trading partners with good arguments
- Product knowledge and professional experience in medical technology are a clear advantage
- You communicate confidently in Spanish and speak English professionally and fluently
- For you, customer contacts are the “Elixir of life” and you are not afraid to work with different cultures
Your key to success
- You have demonstrable skills to complete tasks independently and in a structured manner and actively drive issues forward
- You are prepared to go the extra mile when our customers and partners need your support
- The question of very secure IT knowledge does not arise for you, because this is a basic requirement
