We are looking for a Regional Sales Controller, based in our APAC Region.
Job Description
As Regional Sales Controller you will play a key role in the organization, enabling the business to grow through investment strategy and operational expertise. You drive and deliver on sales/controlling goals and are constantly looking for possibilities to develop the business and our teams. In partnership with the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for the overall customer experience as well as the Sales, Profit and Operations in all touchpoints. You will set the Controlling strategy across the region consisting of Greater China, South Korea and South East Asia.
What you will do:
- Monitor, analyze and benchmark weekly/daily sales plans and results for each channel across the region.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reviews of controlling KPI’s, variable costs and identify opportunities to drive strong results.
- Annual Budget set up in collaboration with the Global Controlling team.
- Partner and follow up with managers across Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising and PR & Marketing on budgeting, planning & forecasting of Omni Sales, Commercial and Operational KPI’s.
- Secure strategic & operational goals together with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Drive commercial thinking, methods, analysis, reports, business cases & actions to optimize results and drive profitable growth.
- Being a strong informal leader and important stakeholder in all decision making in the region.
- Optimize / constantly improve the current controlling methods, knowledge and ways of working with our teams.
