WHAT WE NEED:

Mohawk is looking for a Regional Sales Director who can do more with Mohawk. This role is regionally responsible for targeted business development with key clients across all commercial segments as well as mentoring and coaching an Account Executive (AE) team of 5-7 people.
This position will report directly to the Sr. Vice President, Strategic Accounts and will execute the strategies set forth in growing the Mohawk brand and business in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Director will have business development responsibility with targeted regions as well as mentoring and coaching the broader team to achieve sales results.

  • Ensure that the commercial sales business plan is aligned with SVP strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure that products, pricing, representation, and service are maintained at superior levels.
  • Represent the commercial business unit by implementing the trade activity calendar for their team to exploit business opportunities and strengthen the brand position in the marketplace.
  • Assists in establishing sales objectives for the region assigned in conjunction with the SVP and ensures sales activities in the assigned area comply with established policies, procedures and practices, using good judgment and decision-making to ensure corporate ethical and professional standards of conduct are maintained in the absence of formalized guidelines.
  • Explore and develop a business strategy for greenfield opportunities in markets for Mohawk group throughout LATAM.
