Responsibilities:
As a result-oriented Regional Sales Director, you are able to put together and inspire your future sales team. With your drive, you offer this team vision and strategy and lead Northwave to the next phase of growth, where you, together with the team, are co-responsible for the financial result. In order to realize the growth plans within the Nordics, you will develop a strategic sales plan based on metrics such as funnel, wins, revenue and margin, whereby the result within the department, within the teams and individually becomes measurable and controllable. While creating the future team, you will proactively operate as dedicated point of contact in sales identifying and closing commercial opportunities.
With your solid experience as a Sales leader, you set up the Swedish sales team for which you have HR responsibility. You take the sales team with you in your vision, whereby your passion, energy and knowledge are an inspiration for the team. You serve as an example, taking on a coaching role. You motivate and support the sales professionals to achieve the individual and collective sales goals.
