KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred.
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in either RFID / Tags & Beacon / Biometrics Solutions / Physical Access Control, or other related technologies.
  • Min. 5 years of vertical markets and business development experience.
  • Understanding of corporate cultures and decision-making processes in Banking, Education, and Commercial Real Estate sectors.
  • Proven track record in strategic initiative development resulting in sales growth.
  • Experience in Physical or Logical access control preferred, with knowledge of mobile-centric digital transformation.
  • Strong organisational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse information effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and other digital tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to formulate and deliver highly complex presentations to a business or technical audience.
    Salary Package: up to $150K Base+Super+Comms (OTE $210K-$220K)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Named End-user programs tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Understand and align with the security requirements of Named End-user accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal technical resources to communicate future technology transitions effectively.
  • Conduct educational sessions for End-users to position HID Global as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address end-user needs and support organisational goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of HID Global products and their benefits.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to speaking engagements.
  • Provide regular status reports on group activities, including product mix and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with end user marketing to create tools and resources for customer engagement.
  • Drive sales growth within assigned end user organisations, exceeding quotas and fostering client relationships.
