Regional Sales Manager

In this role, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, marketing and sales activities of Bell’s entire commercial product line. Sales activity will include direct sales and potentially Independent Representative Sales. This position requires interaction with private, commercial, Para-public and government agencies and customers. Position also requires close coordination and interaction with other stakeholders within Bell and Textron.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree in engineering (preferably aircraft engineering) or Business Management or any equivalent qualification which is considered suitable for the job plus five or more years of aviation related industry.
• Prior sales or marketing experience in related industries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner and bring high energy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Problem-solving capability.
• PC skills.
• Driving License.
• Fluent in English.
• Team working.
• Detailed oriented.
• Drive for results.
