Description:
Regional Sales Manager - DACH
The company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Europe to enhance coverage and access to both large and small accounts within the region, particularly focusing on central Europe.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Europe, the role involves owning the regional forecast, achieving revenue targets, maintaining existing account relationships, and developing business in new accounts or areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain existing account relationships through regular visits/meetings and develop business through penetration into new accounts or new process areas/steps or departments in existing accounts.
- Understand customer requirements, provide feedback and input to internal stakeholders such as sales management, marketing, product management, development, etc.
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets in assigned territory for metrology and inspection portfolio.
Experience selling capital equipment into the semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred. The role is home-office based, with a preference for a location with good access to the German/Austrian territory, particularly Dresden.
