What the role involves
As a Regional Sales Manager, your role is all about driving growth and owning your success. You’ll have the freedom to run the show and tap into our mature and sizable client base while introducing our services and solutions to new A-Z business and volume prospective clients. You’ll deliver practical added value cures to client challenges with a consultative approach.
Flexible self-managed working with regular visits to our Head Office in Bradford, the Regional Sales Manager role offers a great deal of autonomy for an accountable self-starter. Attitude will definitely determine your altitude and resulting earnings in this no ceiling on reward environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Darlington and Carlisle areas
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sustained business growth and solidify our position as industry leaders
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Present our brand and services with professionalism and expertise, delivering compelling pitches and proposals that resonate with potential clients and differentiate us from competitors
  • Work closely with the operations team in Bradford to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment solutions to our clients
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle with diligence and precision, from initial prospecting, to negotiation and contract finalisation, ensuring optimal outcomes and client satisfaction

Qualifications/ qualities

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the recruitment or logistics industry
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with a results-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • A pro-active and adaptable approach to problem-solving, coupled with the resilience and tenacity to overcome obstacles and achieve success in a fast-paced competitive environment
