THE POSITION
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Germany and/or Austria – remote based. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing named accounts. You must generate new business and build relationships inside targeted accounts, know how to leverage your company resources to the fullest, and negotiate and close new business. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a member of a strong hunting sales team and a career track record of exceeding quotas.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Passion for problem solving products.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT field).
- 4+ years Account Management, Sales and Business Development experience.
- MEDDPICC knowledge and practice of at least 2+ years.
- Cybersecurity sales experience or background.
- Excellent in networking & communication skills.
- Experienced in opening new opportunities for new enterprise accounts.
- Highly accurate pipeline management and forecasting expertise.
- Flexibility to travel if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Regional Sales Manager role targeting named accounts for enterprise clients in Germany and or Austria to build a robust pipeline of business
- Strategically target business opportunities within the named region or set of accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to sell our products, solutions and services to exceed your sales quotas.
- Communicate value propositions (Command of the Message) to customers that speak intimately to their needs and decision criteria.
- Utilize client-centric, solutions-oriented selling strategies and hunter’s mentality to identify, qualify, and convert enterprise sales, alongside partners.
- Maintain extensive account and opportunity detail in Salesforce CRM, including account win plans, customer touchpoints, org-charts etc.
- Forecast and report revenue projections accurately to management.
- Overachieve on annual quota, measured quarterly.
- Radiate excellence while constantly being fanatical about delighting our customers and promoting our products.
