TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Batchelor / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent as well as at least 4 years of experience in an Design role
  • 5+ years Semiconductor Sales Experience and a solid Network within the Industrial Electronics Market
  • FAE experience especially with a Power background will be a plus
  • Strong knowledge base Power Management, Motor control OR SiC Power Transistors OR Renewables preferred. Knowledge of telecommunication and RF/Microwave, 5G, Ultra Wideband, CATV, WiFi, Matter and IoT is a plus
  • High-level understanding of Electronic Systems on block diagram level and individual block functions
  • Experience with consultative sales techniques
  • Displays high sense of urgency and drives for results; hungry, persistent, and tenacious
  • Develops self continuously
  • Create effective sales call plans and align with internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English (other languages are plus)
  • Excellent networker, eager to learn and able to develop high-quality relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands

Responsibilities:

We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for our portfolio in EMEA, who is highly motivated and can build solid working relationships with clients, management and staff across the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround, team-based work environment, can handle multiple projects – supporting customers with a high level of skill, utilizing a wide range of engineering knowledge and a good technology base.
The Regional Sales Manager will handle Direct business, as well as working with Channel partners, reporting to the EMEA Sales Director.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to increase Qorvo’s revenue across our entire product portfolio in the named Region. The current Qorvo Product portfolio covers semiconductor solutions for Power Management/Motor control- and Battery management- semiconductors, SiC Power Transistors, RF Devices, Touch Sensors, UWB, Connectivity & IoT

  • Support the Sales Managers in EMEA to achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership
  • Meet and exceed Qorvo’s assigned revenue and design win targets to support continuous growth
  • Support customers and channel partners through the design cycle from prospect opportunity to end of production
  • Guide a team of Field Application Engineers
  • Define and lead customers new product ideas
  • Establish solid customer relationships, building trust, and understanding the customers´ business case to develop ideal value propositions
  • Ensure customer retention and expansion through relationship building and participation in periodic account reviews to contribute your expertise on technical topics
  • Participate in strategic business development initiatives by supporting customer calls and visits
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with channel partners
  • Develop and execute sales concepts with a view to new customers, targeting potential new business, new customers and new applications
  • Ensuring timely and accurate project documentation in the CRM tool
  • Monthly forecast driving accurate production planning
  • Periodic travel, up to 50%, as needed to successfully create customer-relationships
