Description:
My client - an established brand within the consumer electronics space is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish sales strategies and developing distribution channels to ensure company’s objectives are met
- Internal training & developing clients across the region to ensure department’s objectives are met
- Implementing sales programs by developing sales action plans across the region
- Interfaces directly with key clients and handles inquiries from the field
- Coordinating all shipments/deliveries and needs by clients
- Expand sales volume and product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- In-depth understanding and planning on monthly sales forecasts
- Provides monthly/quarterly reports to management and HQ
- Constantly evaluates clients’ strengths
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred
- Strong passion for audio products
- Minimal five years of experience as regional sales manager
- Minimal eight years of sales experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
- Multi-year experiences with sales budgets, forecasts, strategic account management, marketing and promotions, channel management and sales team management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficient PC skills
- Able to do 60%-70% travel
