Description:

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

  • Will align and support the national strategy to drive sales & profit results in print and marketing and referral streams (ecosystem).
  • Will implement and lead process improvement projects with national scope, impacting sales, profit & customer experience
  • Accountable for ensuring standard operation processes and tools are executed and implemented effectively to reduce variation between stores as it pertains to print center performance and ecosystem.
  • Responsible for leading teams through ongoing initiatives, campaigns and driving change efforts.
  • Will support initiatives that result in business cost savings by leveraging existing asset investments, and overall business productivity (labor % to volume)
  • Will manage regional sales volumes more than $20 Million annually.
  • Will be responsible for gaining buy-in at the regional, district and store level & indirectly leading teams towards the achievement of company expectations and goals.
  • Will lead by example and strengthen both the culture and behaviors associated with our Big Print Promise, specifically to include personalized greeting, side by side, proof & crack the box.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Solution Shop Manager (RSSM) is accountable for driving profitable sales growth and building a consistent world-class experience within their assigned stores across the region. The RSSM, in alignment with the organization’s strategy and tactics will execute accordingly to influence the product & service development within both Print and Marketing (Division 6), and ecosystem (referral streams). They will establish goals, expectations, and plans in collaboration with their RVP, district manager(s) and store leadership teams and support the successful implementation of key sales drivers. The RSSM will drive & support communication with all stores across their assigned geography and keep teams informed of updates to strategy and results. The RSSM will be responsible for the co-creation of business improvement action plans that reduce friction. These contributions will result in exceptional customer experiences and maintain a strong focus on the behaviors associated with out Big Print Promise
