What You’ll Do

  • Directly Manage a team of sales professionals including coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy
  • Manage regional pipeline, revenue targets including reporting and forecasting
  • Manage full cycle of the sales process including closing large complex accounts
  • Responsible for an existing Regional book of business, growth of existing base, and acquiring net new logos
  • Assist team with quoting, pricing, negotiation & work with internal SOTI departments
  • Assist team with consultative sales and support to end customers and SOTI partners
  • Develop and mentor your sales team by providing ongoing sharing of sales acumen, skill development, sales training and coaching of best practices. Ability to take lead on sales accounts when necessary
  • Build long term relationships with channel partners to increase SOTI presence and revenue in the market
  • Ability to navigate internal SOTI landscape to solve sales and customer service challenges by engaging appropriate cross-functional teams
  • Travel required within Canada and the US.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of sales experience in Enterprise Software Sales
  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership
  • Proven track record of hitting growth targets quarter over quarter, as well as building a solid, executable plan to hit aggressive growth targets
  • Demonstrated history of selling value-based solutions and building long-term relationships
  • Proven leadership in supporting sales representatives through complex deals
  • Excellent and persuasive oral and written communication skills required
  • Experience selling SaaS-based and, Enterprise Endpoint and Mobility management (EMM) solutions would be a strong asset
  • Superior presentation skills including online demos and in-person presentations
  • Valid travel documentation, to travel to US and within Canada
