Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take overall responsibility for maintaining daily correspondence between dealerships and hiring company
- Oversee and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of dealerships, while informing and consulting them about hiring company’s sales quality processes and dealer standards.
- Coach and encourage dealers to improve business processes, customer satisfaction, volume, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of overall sales process quality.
- Implement and follow up on sales processes to improve dealers’ operational efficiency.
- Define and achieve targets for profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and establish an overall business plan with budgets, market and activity plans, etc.
- Ensure dealers have the necessary personnel, financial resources, and local support to achieve their targets.
- Initiate and plan for ground/online activities to increase sales.
- Analyze sales development, profitability, and results per dealer, and implement action plans when required.
- Conduct regular and surprise checks on outlet operations.
