- Basic up to $3300 + AWS + VB
- Monday to Friday
- Can choose your preferred working hours:
- 8am-5.15pm
- 8.30am-5.45pm
- 9am-6.15pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or other professional relevant discipline with at least 2 years of basic accounting experience
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail
- Good time management with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong in MS Office especially EXCEL and WORDS
- Able to work under pressure in a fast fast-paced and multi-task environment

Responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and other mediums, to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, collaborating closely with the operational team to facilitate order delivery.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Engage in negotiations and finalize deals, while also managing customer feedback.
- Lead operational support for sales by following up with new customers for required information and documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfillment and customer service.
- Process customer orders, including providing price quotations, conducting stock checks, issuing Proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product pricing and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure smooth order shipments.
- Prepare necessary documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, and inventory checklists.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as necessary.
