Regional Security, Health & Safety (SHS) Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 7 years of experience as a private sector Safety & Security Manager
• Experience in security management including threat assessments, personnel security, security guard management, travel risk and physical security
• Experience in health & safety management to include conducting Hazard Assessments and knowledge of international health & safety standards
• Experience developing SHS procedures, business continuity and office emergency plans
• Appropriate certifications in SHS such as CPP/PSP/SMS/CSP/NEBOSH
• An energetic personality and is passionate about keeping people safe and addressing security risks to the business
• Ability to work independently with high level of personal initiative to accomplish SHS related tasks with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills are required
• B2+ English level proficiency

• Monitor and provide analysis of security threats, geo-political risks, and health and safety risks in the assigned region where EPAM personnel and assets are located
• Coordinate, mentor, and support Local SHS Coordinators in located within the assigned region. Serve as the SHS Subject Matter Expert within the region
• Support regional business leadership with new country entry requirements for SHS within the region
• Develop networks with appropriate government agencies (police, military, emergency management, occupational health and safety agencies, etc.) throughout the region
• Manage third-party Security and Health & Safety contractors
• Implement the requirements and processes contained in the EPAM Health & Safety Management System and EPAM Information Security Management System (relating to physical security)
• Develop emergency plans and procedures to include Incident Management Plans, Crisis Management Plans and Business Continuity Plans
• Develop and deliver SHS training
• Travel internationally approximately 25% of the time
