Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of MALDI and TOF systems.
  • Manage technical service matters including but limited to warranty claims from customers.
  • Provide technical solutions and expertise to support regional partners’ engineers via both onsite and remote modes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in regional technical support role.
  • Must be able travel in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Must have ownership, self-initiative & pro-active attitude towards work.
  • Possess logical thinking skills which are essential for technical troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good co-ordination skills with both internal and external parties.Familiarity with remote technical support is desirable.
