Description:
Responsibilities:
- Support the team to build the regional trade plans for all fragrance brands:
Aligning with all markets on the regional plan, liaise with suppliers and malls / retailers / distributors for permits and space bookings, coordinate with the suppliers and Emea team on the creativity of the animations, coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to make sure the trade activations on time.
- Coordinate with commercial team and training team to guarantee the success of the activations setting targets and monitoring proactively the results, identifying if needed action plans
- Analyze trade animation performances in terms of ROI and Sell Out results, and identify the most performing to further adapt the trade plan.
- Prepare and share a monthly newsletter with all initiatives taking place in the following months across all fragrance brands ( NR, IM, SL, TB, ZV) and support marketing team with ppt presentation for retailers, internal meeting and international stake holders
- Share available assets and guidelines with key stakeholders like retailers/distributors/suppliers for new product launches, social media visibility and trade activations to ensure consistency and guidelines respect of the brand image
- Prepare guidelines for Visual Merchandising and ensure regional VM is implemented correctly by liaising with distributors, commercial team and retailers
- Monitor and track competitors activities (offline / online) and share best practices internally
- Coordinate office monthly orders across different marketing departments and update spreadsheets/inventories
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks, including raising POs and update PO tracker, to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
