EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in fields such as logistics, supply chain, sales, administration, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities:

The holder of this position will perform the following tasks:
1. Quotations.
o Receive quotation request, disseminate requirements and apply relevant tariff ready for submission before client deadline.
o Quote production may involve extensive email communications, organizing conference calls or face to face meetings with respective parties to discuss service capability, tariff analysis and specific client requirements.
o Review and approval of other office CSS quotes.
o Make a record of the quote to enable team follow up.
2. Participation in the completion of client tender bids and requests for information (RFIs).
3. Tariff Management.
4. Review and maintain various client and office tariff guides and quote templates on a regular basis.
5. Compile various client KPI reports on a monthly basis.
6. Participate in client business review meetings and attend group calls as and when required.
7. Contract Management.
o Involvement in the review of new and amended client agreements.
o Co-ordinate the signing and distribution of agreement documents.
8. Appropriate archiving of documents on behalf of the CSS division.
9. Pricing and Invoicing.
o Management of rate entry systems.
o Support to the team to resolve client invoicing queries and pricing issues.
10. Projects.
o Involvement from time to time on new initiatives and system changes.
o Raise reports for management analysis.
11. Additional Operational Tasks.
o Dealing with live shipment issues through WorldStar system.
o Management of email inboxes for Accounts and Quotes Teams.
o Providing updates to various local and global teams of developments within the Business.
12. Training.
o Perform individual training programs as they occur.
o Conduct handover training prior to holidays.
