Our innovative platform enables organisations to streamline their data operations, drive actionable insights, and accelerate growth. With a focus on customer success and innovation, we are revolutionising the way businesses harness the power of data.
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to lead our expansion efforts in the Benelux and Nordics regions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a scaling startup within the SaaS industry and possess a strong track record of driving revenue growth. As the RVP of Sales, you will be responsible for maximising our sales team’s potential, crafting strategic sales plans, and reporting outcomes to the leadership team.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR AND WHAT ARE THE SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or team lead, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong customer experience in the Benelux/Nordics, with the ability to map regions and industries.
  • Wider territory experience is a plus.
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in the SaaS industry, preferably in data, cloud, or data operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to scale Keboola’s customer base, with a focus on expanding into the United Kingdom/Ireland and the Nordics.
  • Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and selling on value.
  • Present sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the leadership team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success throughout the entire journey.
  • Identify emerging markets, stay abreast of market changes, new products, and competitors.
