THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Registered Anaesthetic Technician, or Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistant.
Working in Theatre reporting to the Charge Anaesthetic Technician this role is responsible for providing clinical and technical support to our Anaesthetists.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate in Anaesthetic Technology or equivalent;
  • A current practicing certificate with Medical Sciences Council or NZ Nursing Council;
  • A minimum of one year post graduate experience as a Registered Anaesthetic Technician / Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistant;
  • Demonstrated clear and professional communication skills and the ability to remain calm and collected in a high-pressure situation.

Responsibilities:

  • Certificate in Anaesthetic Technology or equivalent;
  • A current practicing certificate with Medical Sciences Council or NZ Nursing Council;
  • A minimum of one year post graduate experience as a Registered Anaesthetic Technician / Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistant;
