MosArt is seeking a Senior Architect.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a member of the RIAI
- Proven experience in team leadership or project management within architectural projects
- Portfolio showcasing apartment block projects delivered as a Lead Architect, highlighting successful design and delivery
- Potential to add value to MosArt through developer contacts and good personality for ease of communication with clients and potential of broadening MosArt’s involvement in other architectural fields
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, including ability to write reports
- Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Ideally located near to our offices in Rathnew, Co. Wicklow
- Familiarity with building contracts / Articles of Agreement
- Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence
- Full driver’s license
