Registered Behavior Tech - Full Time

• Full time, 36 hours per week

• Education opportunities with other disciplines including physicians, occupational therapists, speech language therapists, and physical therapists
• Bi-monthly RBT meetings with BCBA
• Bi-monthly department meetings with department leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required Education:
• Minimum of bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field.
• Required Certification:
• Must obtain within 90 days of hire and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Must obtain within 7 days of hire and maintain BLS/CPR certification
• Must hold and maintain certification in MANDT
• Must obtain NPI number for Behavior Technician
• Must obtain and maintain Tricare certification
• Must obtain and maintain Mercy credential
• Required Experience/Knowledge:
• Knowledge of child development
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with a diagnosis of autism
• Experience working with children who may demonstrate aggressive behaviors
