Located within the heart of Canning Vale, Aegis Amherst caters for up to 133 residents, providing high quality care services in a secure and friendly living environment. Our purpose-built Facility supports our residents’ every need and enables choice in daily activities. We are seeking Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, in this role you will use your knowledgeable clinical skills to deliver personalised care.

Within this role you will be a champion of high quality, safe and effective nursing that aligns with the resident preference and best practice by:

• Undertaking clinical, social and self-care assessments.
• Anticipate residents’ changing health needs and initiate further assessments or referrals.
• Support residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns

You will be responsible for compliance:

• Ensuring all care documentations are completed with the appropriate strategies implemented.
• Identifying and managing clinical risk in the aged care setting

Your role within the team would involve:

• Supporting, coaching, monitoring, and mentoring the unregulated care workers.
• Providing support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and clinical expertise to the care team
