We are excited to announce job openings for experienced Orthopaedic Theatre Nurses within Anaesthetics as we expand our state-of-the-art perioperative services. Our facility operates from Monday to Saturday, with 8 to 10-hour shift patterns featuring staggered start times for optimal work-life balance. About You
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be a Registered Nurse with a current Anaesthetics experience. You have a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effective relationships with key stakeholders. You are experienced in effectively working within in a team and capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Provide essential care and support to patients receiving anaesthesia
• Assess patients and monitor and vital signs to confirm their readiness for anaesthesia.
• Act as patient advocate during surgical procedures, collaborating with the Anaesthetist to ensure patient safety

• Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• At least 1 year’s recent clinical nursing experience in Anaesthetics/Recovery
• Immunisation screening
