Remuneration: $31.84 - $49.60 per hour + 11% Superannuation + Rural Incentives

ATTRACTION INCENTIVES WILL BE PAID AS A RURAL AND REGIONAL FORTNIGHTLY ALLOWANCE ON TOP OF YOUR BASE SALARY + 11% SUPERANNUATION.

*Transferring of incentive packages will depend on the location, position, and time served by the health worker in their current position. Eligibility to transfer existing incentive packages will be determined and approved by the health organisation. Responsibilities:
- You would work within a multidisciplinary team in a small rural Multi-Purpose Service.
- You will be caring for up to 15 RAC residents as well as supporting a 2 bedded Emergency Department.
- You will be working closely with the residents as well as another RN or EN. You directly report to a Health Service Manager.
- You will be supported in this role by other senior clinicians, allied health staff and the health service manage
