Responsibilities:

BaptistCare Niola Centre is hiring a casual Registered Nurse. Deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care, to help our residents live meaningful lives with a team that cares.
As an RN you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous hours worked ranging from $42.85-$53.74 + super + applicable penalties + salary packaging.

Duties may include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating each resident’s care needs
  • Carry out wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
  • Liaising with allied health teams
  • Administer medications
  • Wound dressings
