CARDIOTHORACIC SURGICAL UNIT | 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT | 3 X 12 HOUR NIGHT SHIFTS PER WEEK

St Anne’s is our busy and super interesting adult cardiothoracic surgical floor at Mercy Hospital in Epsom. St Anne’s consists of 3 clinical areas: a 13 bed Cardiothoracic Surgical Unit (CTU), a 6 bed ICU, and a 13 bed Cardiac Investigations Unit (CIU). This vacancy is for CTU and is for a 6 month fixed term, starting 6 May 2024, to work 3 x 12 hr night shifts per week.
In CTU you’ll care for pre and postoperative patients who are undergoing all types of cardiac and/or thoracic surgeries. This is a busy and stimulating environment where you’ll be joining a positive supportive team, led by our awesome Charge Nurse Manager, where open communication and respect is highly valued.
