Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager, Clinical Services to lead and optimise clinical care delivery across 3 facilities for one of our reputable clients in Tasmania located half an hour out of Hobart.
As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse Qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Working with vulnerable people check
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role within aged care
- Extensive experience in clinical leadership roles within the aged care sector

Responsibilities:
- Clinical Governance: Ensuring the highest standards of patient care through the establishment and implementation of effective policies and procedures, as well as monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Overseeing the adherence to regulatory requirements and promoting continuous improvement by conducting audits, inspections, and facilitating quality improvement initiatives.
- Clinical Leadership: Guiding and inspiring a team of healthcare professionals, fostering collaborative relationships, and promoting a culture of patient-centered care.
- Care Coordination and Management: Coordinating resources, services, and information to optimise patient outcomes and ensure efficient and effective care delivery across the healthcare continuum.
- Clinical Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate and manage them, ensuring patient safety and minimising adverse events.
- Staff Development and Training: Facilitating the professional growth and competency development of healthcare staff through education, training, and mentoring programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, patients, families, and community organisations, to promote partnerships, communication, and shared decision-making for improved healthcare outcomes.
