Werribee Mercy Hospital is a public hospital servicing the growing community of the West. Our Subacute Unit includes a multidisciplinary team that provides care for people recovering from an acute illness. We foster a strong team work environment with the primary focus of providing holistic patient centred care. As part of our dedicated team on the Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM) ward, you will:

• Nurture your passion and interest for Geriatric Evaluation Management, rehabilitation, and transition care.
• Aim to optimise patient’s functional status and quality of life while dealing with comorbidities.
• Be an integral part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team
• Provide exceptional clinical service to patients and their support systems while upholding a high level of professionalism.
• Provide quality client-focused care utilising a holistic approach driven by Mercy Values.
